Fine Cut is a finishing polishing compound formulated to refine the paint surface after aggressive correction stages. It removes holograms, micro-marring, and light scratches while delivering a 10/10 gloss rating with an extremely clear, deep mirror-like finish. Best paired with the Ewocar Burgundy Special Finishing Pad. Free of silicones and fillers; compatible with both rotary and dual-action polishers.

Usage

  1. Ensure the paint surface is clean, dry, and free of contaminants before starting.
  2. Apply a small amount of Fine Cut to an Ewocar Burgundy Special Finishing Pad or a soft foam finishing pad.
  3. Set the polisher to a low speed (rotary: ~1000–1200 rpm; dual-action: ~3–4 on the dial) and spread the compound across the section with the machine off or at minimum speed to avoid product fling.
  4. Increase speed and work the section in overlapping passes until holograms, micro-marring, and light scratches are refined and a deep gloss emerges.
  5. Wipe off residue immediately with a clean microfiber cloth and inspect the finish under light.

사용법

  1. 작업 전 도장 표면이 깨끗하고 건조하며 오염물이 없는지 확인합니다.
  2. Ewocar 버건디 스페셜 피니싱 패드 또는 소프트 폼 피니싱 패드에 Fine Cut을 소량 도포합니다.
  3. 폴리셔를 저속(로터리: 약 1000–1200 rpm; 더블액션: 다이얼 3–4단)으로 설정하고, 컴파운드가 튀지 않도록 저속 또는 정지 상태에서 작업 구간 전체에 컴파운드를 펴 바릅니다.
  4. 속도를 높여 겹치는 패스로 작업 구간을 연마하며, 홀로그램 자국·미세 스크래치·가벼운 흠집이 사라지고 깊은 광택이 나타날 때까지 작업합니다.
  5. 깨끗한 극세사 타월로 잔여물을 즉시 닦아내고 조명 아래에서 마감 상태를 확인합니다.
