NSP GL is a glass corrective primer that uses a patented ultra-hard nanoparticle abrasive — the same technology applied to polish F-35 fighter jet canopies — to remove scratches, etching, and water spots from automotive glass faster and more effectively than traditional cerium oxide. The proprietary nanogel carrier distributes abrasives evenly, keeps the glass cool during correction, and simultaneously primes the surface for ceramic coating application.

Usage

  1. Apply NSP GL in a circular pattern around the face of a rayon or felt polishing pad attached to a machine buffer.
  2. Place the pad face against the glass, turn the buffer to medium speed, and spread the product evenly over the section.
  3. Increase the buffer to high speed and make 6–8 overlapping passes to remove surface contamination such as water spots or road film.
  4. Wipe off residue and inspect. If further correction is needed, repeat the application and buffing steps.
  5. For sub-surface defects, use a rotary buffer at up to 2800 RPM or an orbital at maximum speed, making slow crosshatch passes until the defect is removed.

사용법

  1. 기계 버퍼에 장착한 레이온 또는 펠트 폴리싱 패드 전면에 NSP GL을 원형으로 도포합니다.
  2. 패드 면을 유리에 대고 버퍼를 중속으로 설정한 뒤 제품을 고르게 펴 바릅니다.
  3. 버퍼를 고속으로 올리고 6~8회 겹치는 패스를 진행하여 물자국이나 도로 오염물을 제거합니다.
  4. 잔여물을 닦아내고 상태를 확인합니다. 추가 교정이 필요하면 도포 및 버핑 과정을 반복합니다.
  5. 표면 내부 결함의 경우 회전식 버퍼를 최대 2800RPM으로, 또는 오비탈 버퍼를 최고 속도로 설정하고 크로스해치 패턴으로 천천히 패스하여 결함을 제거합니다.
