TORQ R5 Dual Action Backing Plates use Hyper Flex Technology to flex and conform to the curves and contours of vehicle panels. Available in 3-, 5-, and 6-inch sizes, they help maximize pad-to-surface contact for more consistent polishing with a dual-action machine.

Usage

  1. Insert the DA polisher wrench between the counterweight housing and the existing backing plate. Hold the spindle with the wrench and unscrew the old backing plate by hand.
  2. Align the new backing plate threads with the DA spindle and screw in firmly by hand, ensuring the included washer remains in place around the threads.
  3. Test the fit by rotating the machine by hand and make any necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation.

  2. 새 플레이트의 나사산을 스핀들에 맞추고 포함된 와셔가 제자리에 있는지 확인하며 손으로 단단히 조입니다.
  3. 손으로 기계를 돌려 장착 상태를 확인하고 원활하게 작동하도록 필요 시 조정합니다.
