Yum Tar & Residue is a tar, asphalt and bonded-contaminant remover that draws its cleaning power entirely from naturally sourced citrus-based ingredients rather than harsh chemical solvents, making it safe even on sensitive matte paint. Its balanced pH means it is non-corrosive and carries no aggressive raw materials, allowing it to cut through both organic and inorganic contamination quickly without damaging paint, glass or plastic trim. It sits as the first step in the Yum decontamination process.

Usage

1. Start decontamination by applying Yum Tar & Residue directly to contaminated areas of the paintwork and allowing it to dwell.
2. Follow up with Yum Wheels to dissolve iron fallout from the paint and wheel surfaces.
3. Carry out mechanical decontamination using the Yum Clay Block across all painted surfaces.
4. Re-wash the whole vehicle with Yum Wash to neutralise and rinse away any remaining product.
