사용법

  1. 작업할 패널 부위에 맞는 백킹 플레이트 크기를 선택합니다.
  2. DA 머신의 5/16인치 스핀들에 백킹 플레이트를 장착하고 단단히 고정합니다.
  3. 폼 패드를 훅앤루프 면에 완전히 밀착될 때까지 눌러 부착합니다.
  4. 패드가 도장면에 닿은 상태에서 머신을 시작하고 멈춰 플레이트와 패드 수명을 연장합니다.
  5. 사용 후 훅앤루프가 찢기지 않도록 패드를 백킹 플레이트에서 조심스럽게 분리합니다.

A range of hook-and-loop DA orbital backing plates with a 5/16-inch male connection, compatible with popular DA machines such as the DAS-6 and Megs G220. Available in three variants — Mini (70mm), Midi (123mm), and Deep Dish (123mm) — each optimised for different polishing tasks from tight intricate areas to large flat panels.

Usage

  1. Select the appropriate backing plate size for the panel area being polished.
  2. Attach the backing plate to the DA machine's 5/16-inch spindle and tighten securely.
  3. Press the foam pad firmly onto the hook-and-loop surface until fully seated.
  4. Start and stop the machine while the pad is on the paint surface to prolong plate and pad life.
  5. Carefully peel the pad away from the backing plate after use to avoid tearing the hook-and-loop.
