A hard glass-type coating for rough unpainted plastic bumpers and mouldings that have faded to a chalky white. Rather than polishing the plastic, it forms a clear film that brings back the original depth of colour and holds gloss and water repellency for around six months or more. Because the film is mineral rather than petroleum based, it does not oxidise and break down into the oily residue that solvent-based bumper dressings leave behind. It is not for clear parts such as door visors or headlights, or for soft materials.

Usage

1. Rinse dirt, sand and mud away with a strong stream of water.
2. Wash the part thoroughly with Body Clean so no dirt remains, and degrease with Wax Off if there are water marks, since leftover oil causes white patches in the film.
3. Wipe the surface completely dry with no water left behind.
4. Load the coating onto a coating sponge and spread it as thinly as possible so it never runs.
5. Wipe it off completely with a basic cloth before the liquid cures, since insufficient wiping causes cracking and white patches.
6. Check the whole part to confirm nothing has been left unwiped.
