Nano Glass Sealant Component 1

유리, 거울, 세라믹 표면을 코팅하는 2액형 나노 코팅 세트입니다. 컴포넌트 1은 표면을 활성화하고 풍화 피막을 제거하는 폴리싱 밀크 역할을 하며, 컴포넌트 2가 형성하는 발수 나노 네트워크는 약 1년 또는 약 20,000km까지 효과가 유지됩니다. 자동차 윈드실드에 사용하면 와이퍼 의존도를 줄이고, 시속 약 80km부터 빗방울이 바람에 흘러내려 시야 확보가 좋아집니다.

사용법

  1. Glas Star로 유리를 닦아 잔여물이 남지 않게 만들고, 고착이 심한 부분은 마일드 클레이로 먼저 정리합니다.
  2. 충분히 흔든 뒤 마이크로화이버 폴리싱 패드로 저속 머신 또는 수작업을 통해 폴리싱 밀크(컴포넌트 1)를 수 분간 얇게 문질러 줍니다.
  3. 유리가 매끈하게 느껴지고 폴리시가 마른 막이 될 때까지 강하게 광을 내며, 오래된 윈드실드의 부식막은 끝까지 갈아내듯 작업합니다.
  4. 깨끗한 마른 페이퍼 타월(품번 999552/999553)로 폴리시 잔여물을 모두 닦아내고 이후로는 맨손으로 유리 표면을 만지지 않도록 주의합니다.
  5. 유리가 완전히 마르고 10~30°C 환경이 되었을 때 컴포넌트 2를 별도 사용 설명에 따라 도포합니다.

Two-part nano coating set for glass, mirror, and ceramic surfaces. Component 1 is the polishing milk that activates the glass and removes weathering film, while Component 2 forms a hydrophobic nano network rated to last up to one year or about 20,000 km. On windscreens it cuts wiper use and lets rain shed off the glass at speeds of roughly 80 km/h or more.

Usage

  1. Pre-clean the glass with Glas Star until residue-free; tackle very stubborn deposits with mild cleaning clay before moving on.
  2. Shake well, then work the polishing milk (Component 1) into the glass with a microfibre polishing pad on a slow machine or by hand for several minutes.
  3. Buff the surface firmly until it feels glassy smooth and the polish has dried into a film, taking care on older windscreens with corrosion.
  4. Lift off all polish residue with clean dry paper towels (article 999552/999553) and avoid touching the glass with bare skin afterwards.
  5. Once the glass is fully dry and at 10-30°C, apply Component 2 separately following its own application directions.
