Gelcoat Micro Cut & Finish

약간 노화되거나 광택이 죽은 젤코트와 보트 도장에 사용하는 머신용 광택제로, 홀로그램·폴리싱 헤이즈·미세 스크래치를 정리하는 동시에 표면을 실링해 줍니다. 특수 연마 입자가 어두운색 등 빛에 민감한 컬러에서도 깨끗한 고광택을 만들어 주며, 카나우바 왁스가 함께 들어 있어 별도 코팅 작업이 필요하지 않습니다. 실리콘이 함유되어 있고 닦아내기도 수월합니다.

사용법

  1. 이중 운동 듀얼 액션 머신에 Micro Cut Pad hard를 장착해 작업합니다.
  2. 패드에 완두콩 크기 5방울 정도를 짜고 면 위에 십자 방향으로 펴 발라 줍니다.
  3. 처음에는 낮은 속도로 도포하고 이후 최고 속도로 충분히 갈아 줍니다.
  4. 잔여 광택제는 Polish & Sealing Towel로 닦아내고, 별도의 실링 작업은 진행하지 않습니다.

Machine polish for lightly weathered or matted gelcoats and boat paint, lifting hologram marks, polishing haze and fine scratches in one pass while sealing the surface. Special abrasive grains keep a clean high-gloss result even on dark, light-sensitive colours, and integrated carnauba wax means a separate sealant is not required afterwards. Contains silicone and is easy to wipe off.

Usage

  1. Use the polish on a dual-action eccentric machine fitted with a Micro Cut Pad hard.
  2. Place around five pea-sized drops on the pad and spread them across the panel in a crossing motion.
  3. Distribute at low speed first, then increase to the highest speed to work the polish.
  4. Wipe off the residue with a Polish & Sealing Towel; no additional sealant is needed afterwards.
