Nano-Resin

나노 레진은 도장면에 결합하여 2~3년간 내구성 있는 발수 보호막을 형성하는 반영구 나노 세라믹 코팅제입니다. 높은 탄성으로 패널이 미세하게 휘어도 코팅이 갈라지거나 분리되지 않으며, 미세 스크래치를 억제하고 자외선을 차단합니다. 사탕처럼 매끄러운 마감이 액체를 즉시 튕겨내어 관리가 쉽습니다.

사용법

도장면을 클레이바로 오염 제거 후 경량 컴파운드로 연마하고, 연마 후 페인트 코팅 프렙으로 표면을 준비합니다.
폼 블록 어플리케이터에 스웨이드 천을 감싸고 나노 레진 약 10방울을 천 위에 일렬로 떨어뜨립니다.
패널을 수직 방향으로 바른 후 수평 방향으로 반복 도포하여 전면 커버리지를 확보하고, 패널 틈새에 제품이 닿지 않도록 주의합니다.
제품이 플래시(약간 무지개빛으로 보임)되면 즉시 깨끗하고 건조한 무봉제 마이크로파이버 타월로 닦아냅니다.
각 패널에 3~4단계를 반복하며, 몇 패널마다 어플리케이터에 제품을 몇 방울씩 보충합니다.
차량 전체 시공 후 최소 1시간 동안 수분에 노출되지 않도록 방치합니다.

Nano-Resin is a semi-permanent nano ceramic car coating that bonds to paint and delivers 2–3 years of durable, hydrophobic protection. Formulated for high elasticity, it flexes with body panels without cracking or separating, while resisting micro-marring and blocking UV radiation. Its candy-like finish beads liquids on contact, making maintenance straightforward.

Usage

Prep the paint by claying and polishing with a light compound; use Paint Coating Prep after polishing to ready the surface.
Wrap the suede cloth around the foam block applicator and apply approximately 10 drops of Nano-Resin onto the cloth in a line.
Apply in vertical lines down the panel, then repeat with horizontal lines to ensure full coverage; avoid panel gaps.
When the product flashes (appears slightly iridescent), wipe the panel immediately with a clean, dry, tagless microfiber towel.
Repeat steps 3–4 on each panel, reapplying several drops to the applicator after every few panels.
After coating the entire vehicle, leave it undisturbed for at least one hour before exposure to moisture.
