Dynax-S50
다이낙스-S50은 철강 표면을 오래 보호하는 방청 캐비티 왁스입니다. 용접 이음부 사이로 침투해 표면 결함을 메우고, 염수 분무 환경에 잘 견디는 부드러운 갈색 자가 복원형 왁스 피막을 형성합니다. 인젝션 랜스가 함께 제공되는 에어로졸 형태라 밀폐된 박스 섹션과 캐비티 처리에 알맞습니다.

사용법
- 박스 섹션·실·섀시 레일 등 캐비티가 건조하고 가능한 한 깨끗한지 확인하고, 기존 드레인·액세스 플러그를 통해 진입구를 확보합니다.
- 에어로졸 캔을 실온(약 20°C)에 두고 최소 약 2분간 충분히 흔들어 줍니다.
- 내부 표면 전체에 닿도록 동봉된 플렉시블 프로브 또는 연장 랜스를 장착합니다.
- 프로브를 캐비티 안쪽 끝까지 넣은 뒤 천천히 빼면서 분사하여 내벽 360도 전체를 균일하게 도포합니다.
- 저점도 용제가 심과 스팟 용접부 틈으로 스며들게 한 뒤 증발하면서 왁스 피막을 남깁니다.
- 제거했던 플러그를 다시 끼우고 외부에 묻은 잔여물은 화이트 스피릿을 적신 천으로 닦아냅니다.
- 매년 점검하고 필요하면 재도포하며, 도로 주행 차량 기준 약 2~3년 주기로 재시공하는 것이 일반적입니다.
Dynax-S50 is an anti-corrosion cavity wax that gives long-lasting protection to steel surfaces. It creeps into welded seams, seals surface defects and forms a soft, brown, self-healing wax film with strong salt-spray resistance. Supplied as an aerosol with an injection lance for treating enclosed box sections and cavities.

Usage
- Make sure cavities are dry and as clean as practical, using existing drain or access plugs to enter box sections, sills and chassis rails.
- Bring the aerosol can to room temperature, around 20C, and shake it thoroughly for at least about 2 minutes.
- Fit the supplied flexible probe or extension lance so it can reach all internal surfaces.
- Insert the probe fully into the cavity and spray while slowly withdrawing for full 360-degree coverage of the internal walls.
- Allow the low-viscosity solvent carrier to penetrate seams and spot-welds, then flash off and leave a waxy film.
- Refit any removed plugs and wipe drips off external surfaces with white spirit on a cloth.
- Inspect annually and reapply as needed; a typical re-treatment interval for road vehicles is about 2-3 years.
